I solve human problems with technology.
Product leader working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and real-world constraints. I help teams get clear, get moving, and ship things that matter.
How I work
My default approach starts with understanding the core need and desire behind the work. I ground decisions in real user insight and data, both qualitative and quantitative, and make thoughtful choices about what matters most. I value clear priorities, honest tradeoffs, and creating space for teams to do good, sustainable work.
Philosophy
- Clarity beats cleverness, especially across cross-functional teams.
- Ship small, learn fast. The best roadmaps are written in pencil.
- Constraints are features. Compliance, budgets, and org structure are part of the product design.
- Assume good intent. Document everything anyway.
Beliefs
- Technology should reduce friction for people, not create new kinds of it.
- The best products come from teams who feel safe enough to say "this isn't working."
- AI raises the floor on execution, which means taste, judgment, and strategy matter more than ever.
- Velocity without direction is just expensive.
What I do
I sit at the intersection of product, technology, and delivery, translating goals into roadmaps, guiding teams through build + launch, and making sure the work connects to outcomes.
Skills
- Product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization
- Stakeholder alignment + executive communication
- Discovery, user research planning, UX collaboration
- Delivery leadership (agile, iterative, measurable)
- Data + platform thinking (integrations, reporting, governance)
Areas of focus
- Large-scale websites and customer journeys
- Portals, platforms, and internal tools that streamline operations
- Compliance-aware builds (privacy, accessibility, procurement realities)
- AI-enabled experiences (assistants, search, decision support)
- Teams that need “strategy + shipping” at the same time
What I’ve done
A selection of work across sectors, health, finance, government, and enterprise. Each one started with a hard problem and ended with something shipped.
Enterprise data platform
Led product strategy to unify 6 siloed data sources into a single intelligence layer, reducing analyst reporting time by 40% and enabling executive dashboards used daily across 3 business units.
Member portal, 0 to launch
Defined and delivered a phased member portal for a national association of 120k+ members. Navigated procurement, legacy CRM constraints, and a 14-month runway to ship a v1 that increased self-service by 60%.
Accessible web transformation
Rebuilt a public-sector website serving 2M+ annual visitors. Delivered WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, a redesigned content architecture, and a CMS migration, on time, under budget, with zero launch incidents.
Hit me up
I take on a small number of engagements at a time, strategy, embedded product leadership, or advisory. If you're working on something hard, let's talk.
